During your initial assessment ellephysio will review your medical history, explain your injury and unique needs, and assign treatment and home exercises. The assessment will close with a discussion about your goals and treatment plan.
Follow-up Appointment (60 min) $90
Follow-up Appointment (45 min) $75
Follow-up Appointment (30 min) $60
During your follow up appointments, ellephysio will re-assess, treat, and suggest progressions to your treatment program.
