A workshop designed to help dancers optimize their turnout and prevent common dance injuries
ellephysio is excited to announce that our physiotherapist Jennifer Denys is now teaching her turnout workshops in the local area – the same workshops she has been teaching since
2010 at Canada’s National Ballet School. Whether at our clinic or conveniently in your own studio, Jen uses life-sized anatomical models of the pelvis and thigh to teach groups of dancers about their hip joints and how to apply a hip-based turnout strategy in all the specific movements and positions of their dancing.
